What types of plastic can you fabricate?+

We work with virtually all thermoplastic materials including acrylic (Perspex), polycarbonate, HDPE, PVC, polypropylene, ABS, HIPS, nylon, acetal, UHMWPE, and PTFE. If you're unsure which material is right for your application, we'll recommend the best option.

Can you work from my drawings or do I need a designer?+

Both. We accept engineering drawings, CAD files (DXF, DWG, STEP, IGS), and even hand sketches. If you need design help, our in-house team can develop your concept into production-ready drawings at competitive rates.

Do you offer a design-to-delivery service?+

Yes — we handle the entire process from initial concept and material selection through prototyping, production fabrication, finishing, and delivery. Many of our clients come to us with just an idea and we take it through to a finished product.

What is the minimum order quantity?+

There is no minimum order. We regularly produce single prototype pieces alongside large production runs. Every job receives the same quality and attention to detail.

Can you weld and join different types of plastic?+

Yes — we use hot air welding for HDPE, PVC, and polypropylene (ideal for tanks and enclosures), and solvent welding for acrylic and polycarbonate (creating virtually invisible joints). The welding method depends on the material and application.
