Our factory-direct pool window range spans 50 mm to 100 mm thick cast acrylic. The estimate calculator above covers priced rectangular panels in 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90 mm thicknesses. Other thicknesses, curved panels and bonded assemblies need an individual quote. Thickness is not determined by appearance alone: a qualified engineer must approve the panel size, water depth, frame and edge support before manufacture.

Panels are crated for transport. Metro Australian freight can be estimated online; regional, New Zealand and offshore deliveries are quoted individually.
Available Panels and Finishing
Choose a straight viewing panel for a residential pool, or discuss a bonded corner or curved window for a more complex build. Cast acrylic is available in a range of thick-panel grades, with 75 mm and 100 mm options quoted separately from the online calculator. Top, bottom and side edge polishing can be added to the rectangular-panel estimate. Tell us which edges will remain visible and which will sit within the supporting frame.
The finished window is only one part of the installation. Frame design, waterproofing, compatible seals, handling access and lifting arrangements all need to be planned with your builder and engineer. Do not order a panel solely from an online size or thickness selection.
