Aluminium composite panel combines aluminium skins with a core to create a flat, rigid sheet format. NuBond Panel Options
White & Black
White and black double-sided sheet, with matte and gloss face combinations. The brochure lists 3 mm and 4 mm options; sizes and finishes vary.
Colour
Coloured and decorative panels with painted, metallic, brushed and mirror finishes. Published coloured-sheet formats are 2440 × 1220, 3050 × 1500 and 4050 × 1575 mm in 3 mm thickness.
Digital
Matte White / Primer sheet for specified printing and display applications. The published format is 2440 × 1220 mm in 3 mm thickness. Check print-system compatibility.
Primer
Primer-faced sheet for painting, light boxes and selected fit-out applications. Primer / Primer, Primer / Matte White and Gloss White / Primer combinations are listed.
Fire Rated
A separate core specification, not a description of standard PE-core sheet. Ask for exact product documentation and project approval; the range name does not establish building suitability.
White, Black & Primer Face Combinations
Face combinations are a specification, not just a colour choice. A gloss display face, matte print face and primer face have different purposes. Not all finishes are supplied in all sizes or thicknesses. Include both required faces with your enquiry, and confirm the print or paint system if you intend to finish the surface.
Cutting, Routing & Fabrication
At our Gold Coast workshop, we review straight-cut panels, routed profiles, mounting holes and V-groove or folded-panel enquiries. Provide the finished dimensions, drawings, folds, edge details and tolerances so we can quote the correct material and processing. Overall thickness alone is not enough for folded work: the aluminium skin thickness also needs to be specified. ACM must not be laser cut.
Specify the Right Panel for the Project
For signage and point-of-sale displays, begin with the appearance, panel dimensions, fixing details and required print finish. For external or building-related applications, the designer must assess the actual core specification, installation and applicable requirements. A decorative panel should not be described as approved building cladding simply because a fire-rated range exists. We confirm the documentation available for the exact product rather than generalising across the NuBond name.
