We cut every job on calibrated CNC routers and panel saws to ±0.5mm tolerance, with square clean edges ready for flame polishing or solvent bonding. Tighter tolerances (±0.2mm) are available on request for precision fabrication work.

How long does Perspex® cut to size take to reach Brisbane?+

Orders placed by noon are typically dispatched the same business day. Standard freight delivers next business day to greater Brisbane suburbs. Express same-day options are available for urgent jobs — call us with your deadline.

Can you flame polish or drill the edges before delivery?+

Yes — flame polishing, diamond polishing, drilling, countersinking, slotting and CNC routing of complex shapes are all available. Send through your drawing or specs and we'll quote each operation.

Do I have to buy a full sheet?+

No. We cut from sheet stock and only charge for the material you need plus a per-cut fee. There's no minimum order — a single A4 piece is fine.
