What thickness of acrylic do you cut letters from?+
Standard flat-cut letters are produced from 3mm, 5mm, 10mm or 19mm cast acrylic depending on the size and visual depth required. For built-up illuminated signage we typically use 3mm faces with 75–100mm aluminium or acrylic returns. Tell us the letter height and we'll recommend the best thickness.
Can you match my exact font and colour?+
Yes — send us a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or DXF) of your logo or specify the font and we'll cut to match. We carry the full Plazit, Polycasa and Acrylite colour ranges including clear, frosted, mirror gold/silver and dozens of solid colours. Custom paint-matched faces are also available.
How long do custom letters take to make?+
Most flat-cut acrylic letter sets are ready within 5–7 working days from artwork approval. Illuminated and built-up letters typically take 2–3 weeks. Urgent shopfit and event deadlines can often be fast-tracked — call us early to confirm timing.
