A specialist range name does not mean every format is available in Australia. Tell us which SIMONA product you need, including any backed-sheet, panel-system, colour or certification requirements. We will investigate the specification and supply options rather than substitute a general-purpose sheet without your agreement.
Polyethylene covers several different material designations. PE-HD is high-density polyethylene; PE 100 is a distinct grade designation used in process and fabrication applications; PE 1000 refers to ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, commonly shortened to UHMWPE. A conveyor wear guide and a welded tank panel may need very different materials, even though both are polyethylene. Include the original grade on replacement enquiries and share any wear, loading, temperature or chemical-exposure requirements.
From our Gold Coast workshop, we offer cut-to-size sheet, CNC machining and plastic fabrication. Send a dimensioned drawing, required tolerances, hole details and the SIMONA material specification so we can quote the stock and processing together. If your project involves welding, include the sheet designation, welding process and required rod size or profile. Matching the welding consumable to the parent material is part of the enquiry, not an assumption based on colour.
