Do you make complete conveyor belts or just components?+

We specialise in the plastic components that make conveyor systems run — wear strips, side guides, scrapers, rollers, sprockets, chute liners and bushes. We don't manufacture the rubber or modular plastic belt itself, but we work alongside conveyor OEMs and maintenance teams to supply every machined plastic part on the system. If you need a full belt assembly, let us know and we'll point you to a trusted partner.

Which material is best for food-grade conveyors?+

Food-grade UHMWPE and HDPE are the standard choice for food, beverage and pharmaceutical conveyors — both are FDA / EU compliant, easy to clean, chemical-resistant and have very low friction. We can supply white food-grade material with full compliance documentation on request.

Can you reverse-engineer worn or broken parts?+

Absolutely. Bring or freight us your worn part — even if it's broken or unmarked — and we'll measure, redraw and machine an exact replacement. This is one of the most common ways our customers extend the life of older or imported conveyor systems where original spares are no longer available.
