Holland Plastics fabricates custom plastic tanks, trays, drip pans and bunds from our Gold Coast workshop. Every tank is hot-air welded from natural or grey polypropylene, HDPE or PVC sheet, pressure-tested and freighted Australia-wide. No minimum order — from one-off laboratory trays through to bunded chemical storage tanks over 5000 litres.
We work with mining, water treatment, aquaculture, food processing, plating, chemical and laboratory clients who need corrosion-proof containment that steel and fibreglass can't match. Choose the material for your chemical, we'll engineer, weld and deliver.

Fittings & Options
Design & Certification
Small tanks up to ~1000L are typically built from 6–10mm sheet. Larger tanks and pressure-critical builds are engineered to AS/NZS 3735 (Plastics tanks for the storage of chemicals) with wall thickness calculated for hydrostatic head and specific gravity of the contents. Provide the chemical, temperature and volume — we'll spec the material and thickness.
Turnaround Times
Standard drip trays and small tanks (under 200L): 1 to 2 weeks Custom chemical tanks up to 2000L: 2 to 4 weeks Bunded and engineered tanks over 2000L: quoted individually
