We accept DXF, DWG, AI, EPS, SVG and IGS vector files for cutting. If you only have a hand sketch, photo or PDF, our in-house design team can convert it into a production-ready file for a small fee. Steel cutting requires engineering CAD formats (DWG, DXF, IGS).

Up to 30mm. Our new laser beds give a clean flame-polished edge on clear, opal, fluorescent and coloured acrylic straight off the bed, with no secondary edge finishing required for most applications.

What's the maximum sheet size you can cut?+

1500 × 3000mm in a single piece. For larger jobs we creatively nest and join, and we have successfully cut signage faces up to 6.5 metres long using this approach.

How quickly can you turn around a laser cutting job for Pimpama?+

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from approved artwork. Express 1–2 day service is available subject to machine availability. With two new laser beds coming online, capacity is significantly increasing.

Is there a minimum order for Pimpama customers?+

No. We happily cut single pieces right through to large production runs — every job gets the same precision and attention to detail.

Can I collect from your workshop instead of paying freight?+
