Up to 100mm depending on material and tool selection. We routinely machine 50mm HDPE blocks, thick acrylic, laminated MDF stacks and engineering plastic billets.

What's the maximum sheet size your CNC router can handle?+

3000 x 2000mm in a single setup. Larger components can be machined in sections and joined, with v-grooving and CNC scoring available for clean folds in ACM.

When should I choose CNC routing over laser cutting?+

Use CNC routing for thick material, 3D profiling, pocketing, edge detailing, v-grooves and any job where the material can't be laser cut (HDPE, polypropylene, nylon, thick acrylic blocks). Laser is faster for thin sheet and gives a flame-polished edge.

How quickly can you turn around a CNC routing job for Carrara?+
