When should I choose CNC routing over laser cutting?+

Use CNC routing for thick material, 3D profiling, pocketing, edge detailing, v-grooves and any job where the material can't be laser cut (HDPE, polypropylene, nylon, thick acrylic blocks). Laser is faster for thin sheet and gives a flame-polished edge.
