Aluminum Composite Panel is a new decorative material used increasingly by developers, designers and architects world wide for various building and signage applications.

The advantages of using ACM over conventional materials such as stone, tiles, and wood are related to its light weight, ease of fabrication and its versatility.

Aluminum Composite Panel is best described as a sandwich panel consisting of a Polyethylene core sandwiched between two aluminum sheets with the entire panel consists of three layers.

TOP Aluminum Sheet
The TOP Aluminum Sheet is coated with either Polyester or PVDF Paint.Polyethylene Core
The Core is either Normal Polyethylene Based or a FR (Fire-Resistant) Core which is specially treated for fire resistance.

Bottom Aluminum Sheet
The Bottom Aluminum Sheet comes in either Mill Finish or if required a thin layer of Polyester Paint coat with (6-8um) backside paint (White Wash or Light Grey Colour)
