Our machines are CNC controlled so accuracy can be maintained within close tolerances. Through the latest and most up to date CAD software, and Nesting programs we can ensure that you utilize all the sheet material with minimum waste. We can also help with your design needs if required or can simply cut to ANY of your vectored file formats you provide. Note JPEG and Bitmap files can only be used for our quoting process. Then we require a vectored file, such as eps, ai, cdr, dwg, dxf and pdf to name a few. NOTE: Steel laser cutting require dwg, dxf and or igs format created in actual engineering CAD software programs. Text from steel requires the font type.
Our laser machines' cutting bed capacities allows us to cut up to 1500 mm X 3000mm, but have cut sign faces from Stainless Steel up to 6.5 meters using creativity! Setup costs are applied to each job order. LEAD TIME: Normally 3-5 days |
