About Holland Plastics
Holland Plastics commenced operations back in 1988 in Southport.
At this time there was a need for a manufacturer to supply quality acrylic Point Of Sale Displays for the growing Gold Coast retail industry. The business quickly grew as industry recognised Holland Plastics' expertise, service and delivery. It was not long before we were asked to help design various products from an array of different plastic materials to meet specific needs of our customers.
Holland Plastics then started supplying the sign industry with fabricated letters, light boxes and other plastic components. As the business grew, new wholesale products were introduced including a range of cut to size plastics, plastic engineering sheet and rod, acrylic Taymar brochure holders and acrylic Expanda Stands to name a few.Holland Plastics out grew their original premises and in 2002 we moved to our new location at 13 Distribution Ave, Molendinar. At this time we invested heavily in new equipment and diversified into new fields of operation and introduced the following services:
Steel Laser Cutting:
Stainless and mild steels up to 10mm thick. 3000x1500mm sheets.
Acrylic Laser Cutting:
Acrylic, wood, MDF and other materials up to 25mm thick. 2500x1250mm sheets.
CNC 3D Multi-Tool Router Cutting:
All types of materials with the versatility to manufacture 3D tooling to suit our vacuum forming department. 3000x2000mm sheets.
Thermoforming:
Acrylic shapes, domes and letters can be formed up to 2500x1830mm.
CNC Vacuum Forming:
"Twin Skin" vacuum forming in our state of the art equipment. All types of materials including High Impact Acrylic, ABS, ASA, HIPS, Polypropylene and HDPE.
