One of the most Versatile methods of cutting materials is performed by the CNC Water Jet Cutting Machine.

By using 55,000 P.S.I. high pressure water and introducing Garnet abrasive at the cutting nozzle the stream of water/garnet will cut virtually any material.

Driven by CAD software that performs 2D cutting and auto nesting programs,
we can save time & material when performing large jobs.

Our Water Jet Cutting and auto-nesting service allows us to cut a wide selection of materials such as:

From these materials we can cut virtually any shape, Text or design that you can imagine. We have over 3500 types of fonts and a library of clipart to choose from.
Our experienced staff can also help in the design stages if required.

For the quoting process all we require is a JPEG and or bitmap files so we can see the item that you wish to produce (although we do need dimensions), to machine your components we do require a Vectored File such as eps, ai, cdr, dxf, dwg, igs & pdf (to name a few) to program our equipment.

We can handle sheet sizes up to 1500 X 3000mm & up to 100mm high.
