Cut to Size Services
Saw Cutting We have one computer controlled saw with 3.8m beds that are very accurate and we offer a very quick service for all cut to size orders
Line Bending We are able to bend up to 4m in length at any angle, Minimum distance between bends is 50mm. All measurements should be taken as either inside or outside dimensions to allow for thickness of material
Routing We have several routers, overhead pin, under table, hand held, pnuematic overhead etc, which are adaptable to any job
Welding and Repairs We have three types of welding guns as follows: Leicester Hot Air Welder (Hand Held) for general repair work (ie) mower petrol tanks, guards, white goods Leicester Diode Welder (Hand Held) for PVC welding of tanks and larger inhouse repair work Drader Injection Gun An industrial welding gun ideal for larger jobs when using PolyPropylene or PolyEthylene plastics
Delivery Normally 3 to 5 working days from date of order, dependant on size of order (much sooner in most cases)
