The 2D Engraving process can be used on many types of flat plate material, such as brass, bronze, aluminium, wood, steel & a range of plastic materials such as acrylic and a 2, 3, OR 4 colour laminated ABS material called Gravograph.

Most metals are back filled with paint after the engraving process to enhance the text and or logo's.

Gravograph is a plastic laminate, which comes in a range of colours & varies in thickness up to 3mm. By altering the depth of cut you can expose a different colour of the laminate.

Driven by CAD software that performs 2D cutting, we can cut these materials virtually any shape and Engrave Text & logo's. We have over 3500 types of fonts and a library of clipart to choose from.

Our experienced staff can also help in the design stages if required.

For the quoting process all we require is a JPEG and or bitmap files so we can see the item that you wish to produce (although we do need dimensions),

To machine your components we do require a Vectored File such as eps, ai, cdr, dxf, dwg, igs & pdf (to name a few) to program our equipment.

Gravograph comes in sheet sizes up to 1200 X 600mm.

Engraved wood, MDF & Aluminium Composite Material can be engraved up to 2000 X 3660mm.
